1e: THAC0 counterintuitive, Descending AC counterintuitive, percentile for Thief skills, roll under for everyone else’s skills, alignment, con mods for different classes, weapon speed, armor vs weapon tables, damage vs S/M/L creatures, dragons sucked, dual classing
2e: druid fighting to gain levels, spell dice caps, Non Weapon Proficiencies, Bending the Knee to Satanic Panic
